HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

If you notice an error with your shipping address, please email us immediately with your name and order number. While we do our best to accommodate address changes, our warehouse staff works quickly—sometimes packing and shipping orders within 24 hours. Once a package leaves our facility, we can’t guarantee that changes can be made.

 


WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

We apologize if your order arrived in less than perfect condition. Please contact us with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Typically, we process orders within 1-3 business days after you place them. Most items are prepared within 24 hours, but during busy periods, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

 


MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT NOW?

If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please check with your local post office. Once USPS marks an item as delivered, it becomes their responsibility. You can reach them at (800) 275-8777 for assistance.

 


HOW QUICKLY WILL YOU RESPOND TO MY MESSAGE?

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK?

In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date. If the item won’t be restocked within two weeks, we’ll automatically issue a refund.

 


WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE IN ONE PACKAGE?

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive items in separate packages, which might arrive a day or two apart.

 


WHY ISN'T MY TRACKING NUMBER WORKING?
